Warehouse and Cutroom

All Inward materials are RFID Tagged and the receiving system uses RFID readers which validate the receipt of incoming goods in SAP. RFID technology with SAP have significantly optimized the goods receipt process as they enable hundreds of tags to be read at one time without having to search through numerous pallets. Entire Warehouse is palletised for optimum utilization of space. With a clear objective of increasing productivity and reducing floor space, Vertical automatic storage system in it’s warehouse has been implemented. Supervision software that manage this automated storage systems have been integrated with SAP. SAP systems are put to use for allocating fabrics for cutting and trims allocation for work orders in process.
