900 Stations Unit Production System (UPS or Conveyor) running across 3 shifts, Sophisticated Computer Controlled Conveyer moves Garments from person to person and also able to monitor the progress of each worker, overall production progress, and measure the current volume against the target volume production. Integrated System with GSD and SAP ERP for realtime analysis and visibility of production orders in SAP production planning module. RFID tagging at piece level and validation of the same in SAP, for accurate WIP (Work In Progress).
